VKVC Sub-Sea Structural Pipeline Repair Clamp are used for Repair of oil and GAS Pipelines.
Pressure Containment Clamp are designed to be installed on damaged or leaking pipelines, encapsulating the defect within the clamp body. The pressure integrity is regained through Mechanical seals engaging on the non-leaking parent pipe. The Pressure Containment Clamp do not provide structural strength to the pipe leading to future structural failures.
VKVC Structural Repair Clamp provide pressure containment and structural strength to the damaged and weak pipe. Pressure Containment Clamp have with taper locks to provide axial restraint and structural integrity. The locks are configured as opposing setsto grip the pipe on either side of the defect. The lock sare designer to transfer the axial load of the pipe to the clamp body so allowing the clamp to withstand pipeline loads.
