VKVC FLEXI PIGS
VKVC Flexi pigs are used for both sealing and cleaning purposes. It is best used for light and medium debris removal from the interior of the pipeline. Light weight, easy handling, efficient cleaning and good sealing are a few advantages why VKVC Flexi pigs are highly popular. VKVC Flexi pigs are used for batching, separation and displacement.
VKVC CUP PIGS
VKVC Two cup configurations are available with the VKVC cup pigs – standard and conical. VKVC cup pigs are globally used for various operations including but not limited to dewatering, filling, batching, hydrostatic testing and product removal. Cups are available in the size range of 2” to 52” with standard designs of 2-cup, 3-cup and 4-cup.
VKVC FOAM PIGS & SPHERES
Similar to many other applications, the advantages of using plastic materials for pigs were apparent even before the materials were themselves completely developed.
Spheres are one of the oldest, most well known and widely used pigs. They are almost exclusively used as sealing pigs. Inflatable spheres are available.
A spherical shape is ideal for an automated system because of the ease to roll. Numerous spheres can be loaded and then launched at predetermined intervals.Specially designed flow tees for the spheres are also available on request.
