VKVC Pig Valve is a Valve that allows insertion and removal of a Pipeline Pig from Pipeline. In case the Pig Valve is installed on sectionalizing station for Intermediate Pig Launching, The Pig Valve allows passage of Pig trough the Valve. The Pig Valve also provides shut-off in pipeline.
VKVC Pig Valves are designed with inputs from VKVC Pigging Crews. The Valves are compact, efficient, versatile, cost effective and offer several advantages of compared to traditional pigging stations.
The Pigs Launched and Received throw VKVC Pig Valves, clear out blockages, remove debris viz Black power, Rust, Wax, Condensate hence reducing corrosion and optimizing operations.
The liquid and Gas emission trough Pig Valve is reduced by over 90% as Compared to conventional Pig barrels.
